Growing up (TT#111)

Hey lovelies!

Let’s talk about growing up..

There are benefits and disadvantages of being a grown up, I think the following songs may explain some of them.

So Avril’s song and Paramore’s may contradict each other in this case. But I’m not on either side, in fact I’m on BOTH sides. As an adult, we need to make decisions on our own, take risks, be responsible, and overall take control of our life. But it’s true that sometimes it sucks to be a grown up. The stress, the complicated things and at these moments you would wish that you had never grown up because being a kid is WAY much easier. You just need to stress about what to play! Lol. I gotta admit that I miss being a kid and not giving a damn about anything. But I know when my parents started dictating or restricting me from things, I’d say “I’m not a kid anymore!” Haha. Dilemma indeed.

Well, since we can’t turn back the time, we just need to deal with it. Being an adult is awesome too. We can do what kids can’t do *troll-face* XD

Timberlake, duh!!! JT's bringing the sexy back!

Don't you miss the time when Google or YouTube suggestion used to show "Timberlake" when we typed Justin? 

I miss the old boy bands too. Today's ones are just.... nevermind. 

Moving on from the "Justin" topic, here is the latest single from Belinda! 

This Latin pop princess looks amazingly GORGEOUS as usual. I've been a fan for more than 10 years. So proud, so proud. Belinda, TE ADORO :)

Another Latin pop star that probably started her career a decade prior to Belinda's, give it up for Nelly Furrrrrrrrtadooooo! I like both English and Spanish songs of hers :) 

The next two songs are a little emotional, so make sure you're ready.

Next up, the pop punk YouTube phenomenon, Mr. DD!

P.S I attended their concert once and it was shown in 02:31 for like a sec lol. Still proud!

I couldn’t join the chat but I watched the recording and have been playing this song over and OVER again!! LOVE it!! It sounds different from her usual style but it’s still awesome! Ahhhhhhh *fan girl mode*

I know what you're thinking.. it's been a month since my last post!!

No more excuses, let's just go straight to the music list! It's getting more like a monthly rather than a weekly thing now lol.

Matt and Kim is back with a new single! I really hope they're gonna release the official video soon.

Versa Emerge definitely likes to try new stuff. This song has a more pop twist into it. Some peeps love it, some don't. Me? I just like music :)

Musician youtuber teams up with the Pretty Little Liar goddess, Lucy Hale!!! Not gonna lie that they look cute together, although I really wanna see Ezra pop up in the video hahaha.

Love everything about this video :) and the song of course!

On a softer note, youtube teenage sensation, Dave Days, goes all acoustic with his piano which makes this song even sweeter :3

We, kids, do try hard (#TT77)

These two songs reflect children’s feelings in correspondence with the relationship with their parents, in two different ways. I personally like both! The first one is more like a teen figuring out oneself and disliking what parents tell him/her what to do. The second one is about a daughter having an unloving father and how she tried so hard to impress him. Love the video. So touching :’)

One of my top favorite songs from Dave Days! Been waiting for this music video for SO LONG, and I’m pretty satisfied of how it turned out. Singing and playing guitar under the rain? SCORE!

So let me tell you what’s really been on my mind:

• my pretty little darling assignment that takes forever to finish (gonna talk about this further after the submission so you BETTER stay tuned)
• how I’m gonna divide my time tomorrow for assignment and taxation tutorial review
• that laptop case I saw at the mall few weeks ago
• when I will buy that Clinique Moisture Surge a.k.a my saviour cream which is running out fast
• the spanish homework that I just got today about sharing something fun/funny that happened recently
• The fruits in the fridge that have been there since forever
• yesterday was the Olsen twins’ birthday and I totally forgot about it
• I don’t know dates anymore
• why am I even writing this in point form
• that Dave Days’ thumbnail looks pretty hot lol
• this Saturday will be a busy one
• I need to remind my friends that the electone festival is happening this weekend
• I wanna tell my girlfriend my suggestion for a bday gift
• how I’m gonna control myself for not punching my lecturer in the face tomorrow
• why am I even blogging when I’m supposed to continue my work?!
• oh, someone reminded me lol

As for me, I use plastic bags as little as possible, collect plastic/paper-made materials for recycling and since 2 weeks ago I stopped using the aircond at night :)

It’s not too late to save the environment!
