Disappointment.
Wound.

Scar.
Fear.
Cautious.
It takes more than courage to trust someone again, it’s almost terrifying.
No I won’t give up on us, even if the skies get rough.
Our differences they do a lot to teach us how to use the tools and gifts we got, we got a lot at stake.

So true. trust which has been lost can be so hard to gain again. Not only for those trying to win it - but for those who have been hurt! sometimes, there just isn't any trust left to give.
